"Valerie Maxwell Ph.D. Psychologist has practiced for over 20 years. Although she has a reputation for treating children she also treats adults for depression anxiety and family problems using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from a humanistic-spiritual orientation. Her center provides all kinds of counseling from biofeedback to EMDR for trauma. Hypnotherapy is available. She is the founder of the ADD Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Manhattan Beach, which is dedicated to providing alternative treatments for ADHD (healthy diet for brain function auditory/visual/sensory integration training).
